An on-demand service is available at any time that you want to use it.  For Integrity, it is best effort response.  When you agree to use our On-Demand IT Support Services, you agree to pay Integrity IT Solutions, Inc. on a per hour basis for our experience and expertise to help you.  Every environment is different and each client has unique requirements, therefore, when using our services, you agree to be billed the actual time it takes for us to discover and resolve your support issues.  And you agree to pay to engage us whether the issue is resolved or not.  We commit to resolve the issue, if in our judgment, it is not resolvable the way you expect, we will make industry best practice recommendations to redirect the resolution to meet your business requirement.
